Cassam Report into Witherwack House Sunderland

The Emlyn Cassam Report [1] May 1992 into Witherwack House was released by Sunderland City Council in response to a Freedom of Information request [2] in 2013.

This is presumed to be the altered report after Mr Cassam was bizarrely asked and agreed to change his original.

Any comments or submissions to put the report in to context would be gratefully received.
