Report of the Barlavington Manor Enquiry

The Report [2][3] of the Barlavington Manor Enquiry, December 1999 conducted by Keith Bilton and commissioned by The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has been released as a response to a Freedom of Information request. [1].

Update added 12th September -The Executive summary [8] has also been released.

Please note that victims of abuse may be triggered by reading this report.
