Kilgallon Report complete and unredacted released

Following last months release of the redacted Kilgallon Report,[1], Northumberland County Council have now released the unredacted Kilgallon Report [2] in response to further representations regarding the redactions.

There were not many redactions, just a few names of staff but obviously it is better unredacted.

The full title is -The Report of the Independent Review into allegations of abuse at Meadowdale Children’s Home and related matters. Kilgallon, W. (1995) [Leeds]: St. Anne’s Shelter and Housing Action.

All I know that it was a home for children with learning difficulties. Any comments, interpretations or context gratefully received
