Dr. Sue Arrigo and the CIA: Timeline, Links, Torture Photos

Sue Arrigo is a major whistleblower about the CIA, the Iraq war, Depleted Uranium, CIA torture, crimes against humanity, Bush corruption, Aspartame, HIV, human ritual cannibalism, CIA human man hunt and much more and she deserves much wider recognition.

I am unlikely to be able to finish this post any time soon, so as it contains a mass of links and a two thirds finished timeline, so I post it, as a working copy… It needs someone to deep dive into links and bring out all the info…

Her work was not readily available as it is spread in archives and various old sites. My intention is to make it more readily available and bring attention to this remarkable woman and her massive body of work.

Sue was also a Doctor and a remote viewer, whom the CIA used extensively, and with which ability she used to try and outfox the CIA and other malevolents, when they sent her on malicious duties and when she was going to be tortured.

Part of the reason she is not better known is that

The tiny amount of conflicting information mainly orginates from one of her sisters, who still lives with her CIA father in Taiwan, and has not met Sue for many years. However digging deeper reveals a treasure trove of information that Sue Arrigo has blown the whistle on.

Sue Arrigo’s last presence on social media of any kind appears to be in 2014. If anyone knows if Sue Arrigo is still alive, I would love to know if perhaps any one who knows can contact me or comment on this article.

Whenever anyone posts articles from Sue Arrigo, the cry goes up, I suspect from agents of the C_A is that she is unstable /her sister has called her a schizophrenic /she has mental problems.

Yes she has DID and PTSD after her trauma based mind control and then adult torture by the CIA. That gives enhanced mental powers but can also bring problems, and of course her sister lives with her CIA father in Taiwan, she would say that wouldn’t she?

This does not diminish her accounts of child abuse or anything else.

The amount of detailed writings from Sue that there are on the net, but not immediately obvious is immense and I have collated much here.

When I previously blogged some of Sue Arrigo’s old posts about children and sex slavery, they received a great response from most people. Shills were also very active trying to discredit her, often a sure sign that the powers that be are scared of her testimony.

After extensive digging and research, I have found a treasure trove of articles written by Sue Arrigo. There will be more that I have not found and there is the odd one only partially found.

I have not had time to read them all, nor archive them all, nor follow all the links mentioned in them and archive those, so please take some time to archive some as you read through, particularly if you get off the beaten track as you dive deeper. I have listed the links and also produced a timeline. Due to the complexity of the task, my main priority was to produce a post so that people could research further, archive many posts and produce an approximate timeline. There will be mistakes – dates may be wrong – eg I might not have distinguished between a writing date, a publishing date or an archive date. Some links may be repeats that I have not culled, some links at the end I have not hyperlinked. There may well be other errors, as well as some of my notes left in intended for myself whilst constructing the article. Some sections are only partial.

However, now most of the information is on one place, and published, mistakes now will be easier to spot than in the depths of a draft post. Please write any corrections in the comments after post.

Timeline Intro

Sue’s father was in the CIA, and as so often with that despicable drug running, human trafficking, organ selling, child trafficking operation masquerading as national security organisation, Sue was forced into becoming a MK Ultra mind controlled slave from the age of 3.

Sue was a mind control victim at US Army base Presidio at the age of 3, naturally as her father was CIA, remote seer, a medical doctor, in Iraq, a whistleblower agains the CIA, and she has been tortured relentlessly

I am not sure if she followed the teachings of Ingo Swann, perhaps the most famous remote viewer. However for an indication of how remote viewers work and how very seriously they are taken by the CIA, it is worth reading [217] 2003 Lyn Buchanan The Seventh Sense The Secrets of Remote Viewing as told by a “Psychic Spy” for the US Military.

From reading that book any notion that people might have that remote viewing is airy fairy nonsense, is clearly not true. It is extremely accurate and is used extensively by the intelligence agencies. The cover story of course used by the agencies is that it is airy fairy nonsense, in their usual two faced approach.

Sue left the CIA but they never left her alone and continued to torture her. I have not pieced what information is available about her life yet but I am worried that her last available post talked about her potential demise by mossad etc [] Is she still alive?

1956 3) The early remote viewing “experiments” that I was in, started on me at age 3, in 1956 at Stanford (Univ. or Institute). I was asked to move objects with my mind and also to disappear and reappear them. Objects up to the size of 50 gallon metal trash cans were used in those experiments. []

I saw many children (about 20-50) there each of the 2 dozen or so times I was taken there. I was also asked to bring objects from a distance, as large as a Russian nuclear missile in an underground silo to another underground silo in Bunker Hill, San Franciso. These were not just telepathy experiments, but psychokinesis experiments.

1962/3 6) Starting at age 10, I am asked to find and recover military secrets in Russia, S.E. Asia, etc. For example, at age 13-14, I was sent to Thailand to recover the parts of a high-tech US spy plane that crashed.

1965 4) Starting at age 12 in 1965 at Miramar Naval Air Base, near San Diego, I become a PK-remote viewing training for other children in that CIA-DIA project. I managed to get out of taking a demolish class; the final exam for which is to get rid of a metal bridge, sink a US submarine, and get the paper contents of a steel safe encased in 4 feet of cement out intact.

6) Starting at age 16 in 1969, I am sent into Vietnam with Recon patrols to locate VC held Stinger type of shoulder launch anti-aircraft missiles. The finds in tunnels are confirmed by US “tunnel rats”. Meanwhile I am in college starting at age 16, protesting the War in my own personality.

5) Starting at age almost 17 in 1969, I start training military officers in PK-remote viewing. That training includes taking a sub up the Mecong Delta during the Vietnam War. One of the tests was to move, deactivate, disappear underwater mines without causing them to explode.

7) During the Vietnamization phase of the War (1970-75), as the US tries to bomb its way to victory, I am sometimes used in the Pentagon’s War room to locate underground VC headquarters. I cleverly avoid targeting VC headquarters under villages, to try to salvage my conscience.

I know that children were sexually abused, tortured, and killed in the White House during the Bush Sr.’s presidency, because I was forced as a medical doctor to do autopsies on their bodies and then falsify their autopsies under the name of a deceased Walter Reed pathologist to cover up what had happened to them.

In addition, I witnessed the torture and death of children on multiple occasions, because the CIA used threats of, and actual hurting of innocent children to control me when torturing me directly was no longer effective.

That is because the people guarding the chicken coop are the wolves — the CIA and the Cabal that runs the shadow government have kept the real evidence from the Congress.

He said that they picked a black person by name, and used satellites and sophisticated equipment to track him through the city as he left work. Then after their meeting they went out to a bar and got loaded. Then they went out and “painted the town red”. I objected and said that he had said one man. He said that one got more points if one killed that man, but that one could get points for killing any black person, less for a Hispanic, or Oriental. He pulled out the scoring sheet. It gave more points for killing with a knife, and more points for biting into the heart. I asked him about the risk of his turning HIV from that. He said the virus was safe for a “blow job” and for “big cherry picking” (the euphemism for cutting the heart out of the chest to perform the ritual cannibalism that supposedly allowed you to gain the personal power of the victim).

He told me one cover-up horror story in which the VIP was not wearing a mask and because of his position in the White House was recognized by about 20 people as he shot a boy and then sodomized him as he was dying on the street under a street light! He said it took the CIA and FBI a couple of months to kill all the witnesses and most of them were not even black. The VIP was coming out of a DC Party on an estate in a nice section of town. The fallout was truly massive. A lot of DC socialites got listed as committing suicide in short order. It was remembered in the CIA as the Summer of Blonde Suicides.

The HIV positive man that I did the autopsy on was a homosexual CIA officer who doubled as a Vice Squad cop on the DC streets. His file showed that he was a pedophile who was stealing kids from bathrooms, if they were good at giving him a blow-job with his pistol cocked to their temple. He had “accidentally pulled the trigger once too often” and caused the CIA’s clean up teams to come out to public bathrooms. The man was into his next kid and still getting a blow job when Clean Up came

CIA took a large interest in the Miss America contests. (Aside: In some cases, the CIA tried to mind control some of them as sex slaves and as breeders for them. VIP’s sometimes got a night with such a young woman at the time that she and her husband were trying to conceive a child. The CIA’s amnesia induction methods were used to prevent the woman from knowing that the pregnancy was not due to her husband. The VIP wanted to have beautiful children. Those could then be stolen back, usually after age 3 and raised as Presidential Model slaves or White House male slaves.)

It was not just the Nazis and the Japanese that did incredibly cruel experiments to innocent civilians and children. During the Cuban missile crisis, the CIA killed all but 3 of the child subjects in their basement to avoid exposure of these black ops if they had to evacuate their building in a hurry.
As a child in the basement cages at that time, I was part of that terminal experiment. I was “lucky” because I had already proven the utility of my skills in operations and Angleton saved me. The cages were stacked 3 high and each held about 20 children. Over a thousand children were killed over a period of several days. Officially, that terminal experiment was to see how children can be forced to kill others by using sections of 2 by 4’s [lengths of wood 2 inches by 4 inches cross section]

The men that I saw at age 9 and had to do the “LSD interrogations” on or be tortured again, drove up in sports cars wearing 3 piece suits. They were Union leaders and American politicians that the CIA wanted to blackmail into doing their bidding. They were invited by George to a fancy lunch or dinner. At that they were given alcohol spiked with LSD in high doses.

Then they were escorted to a room with a clearly underage girl to be filmed in bed with their clothes off, etc. through a one-way mirror. I had to ask them about their bank accounts and how much money was in them!

And get them to sign a long legal document which allowed the CIA to add money to their accounts to frame them for stealing from the Union’s funds and then later drain their accounts so that they were dependent on the CIA for supporting their family. As the man started coming off the LSD, hypnosis and a black op was used to help keep him from remembering what happened.

LSD does not produce amnesia. After the hypnosis, the man was put in a standing position with a knife with a long handle in his hand. I then had to put my hand on his and while looking for the cameras that I was trying to wrestle it out of his hand, pull him towards me so that he fell forward on top of me. Then George’s staff ran into the room exclaiming that the man had killed me while they pulled my bleeding body quickly from the room. The blade retracted into the handle and blood gushed from a pouch under the arm hidden by a blouse at that point. No clothes on the bottom half of the body were allowed at that moment, so that still photos could look like a rape-murder scene.

Mass torture of civilians. That training film was not the only film made in that village. I later uncovered a whole shelf of other films made during those two days in that village.

My boss Tenet had me listen to the CIA’s tape recording of that meeting; three US officials argued in it that I should be to be tortured into silence. The point of using children was that children’s minds are more pliable than adults, though adults can also be used. Most mind control subjects are put on a schedule to be tortured every 6 to 12 months to ensure that they continue to be amnesic. The Bush Administration was using sexual humiliation and sexual torture to create mind control slaves in Iraq to make it appear later that Iraq was self-ruled and democratic. 1. A girl of about age 5 was attacked and the blows with what was probably an axe had taken out a wedge of flesh where the shoulder met the neck. She required chest surgery to remove a section of the lung which had been damaged.

2.A young Iraqi woman was found bloody and unconscious in the closet in the guard’s sleeping area where prisoners were not allowed. Her belly had been cut open, the German surgeons said that she had been 4 months pregnant per examination of her torn open womb. I recovered the cut up fetus from a trash can. Despite heroic efforts, the young woman expired on the operating table.

1. An 11-year-old boy who had a rectal tear from sodomy and a stab wound to the belly and peritonitis. His injuries were due to the two hours that he had spent in the US’s air–conditioned interrogation room the day before. He was found in a coma; without surgery that day, he would have died.

6.A girl child of age 2 had been raped about the day before by US soldiers in front of her mother. Her injury was a tear in the vagina that split into the rectum. The child looked gray and close to death from sepsis due to the peritonitis. The surgeon was undeterred by her critical condition and started the surgery. He was able to reconstruct her vagina and rectum and she did pull through by the grace of God.

7. A girl of about 6 had a rectal tear that went into the buttock’s muscle, and made a grand canyon in it. Hundreds of eye-witness prisoners that seen what caused the injury. Those questioned separately said the injury was made by inserting a knife into the rectum that was tied to a rope and then to a car. The sudden acceleration of the car had fractured her pelvic bone and cut through her buttocks on one side. It was a deliberate and savage cruelty that is difficult to even recount. The injury was fresh, having happened that morning before I arrived.

6. An 11-year-old girl had syphilis secondary to rape by the guards. I treated about 25 other people for syphilis at Abu Ghraib Prison, most of them guards and children age 6-12.

In all three prisons, there were men missing testicles with festering wounds where the testicles had been. It was impossible to tell after the fact by medical exam whether the testicles had been crushed before being violently ripped out.

So, I did know before I got out to those 3 prisons that the US was engaged in sexual torture, mutilation, sodomy, and rape, and not just of “suspects” either. Unfortunately, what we were seeing at the CIA was that 98% of the time the Sp. F. men said they were “interrogating a subject” were just sexually torturing and raping people for the sadistic pleasure of it.

I saw that they had a village girl of about age 14 on the ground with her skirt up. Those who don’t want to read gory material should skip to the next paragraph. She was bleeding from her private parts and the handle of a knife was protruding from her vaginal area. I carefully removed the knife with my fingers inserted against the blade and applied pressure to stop her bleeding.

I was furious. First off, she needed to have surgery in a hospital. And second, their unprovoked action was going to bring the village down upon us and rightfully so.

A soldier said to me, “We do this all the time. It serves the c**ts right.”Under pressure from me, they quoted me an order number. It referred to an order in a memo that Rumsfeld had written. The memo said, “F**k them sterile, by any and all means available-Rumsfeld”

That torture that he personally ordered included rape, sodomy, oral rape with a feces coated penis, and electrical shocks to my private parts almost non-stop for 2 days. I really did know that the US Administration was using sexual torture. They said in their memos to use it.

I wanted the memos pulled that said “Knife the c**ts” Over 20.” 5 of them were signed by Cheney. One was signed by a Sec. of Defense, and 2 by Bush, Jr. Well, I had my answer as to why I couldn’t get those Sp. F. men court-martialed.

Within 30 minutes the Pentagon was in an uproar trying to call me because they saw from the sat images that I had relief helpers. As I had lost my mobile phone, they were unable to get me on a phone to order me to cease and desist.

About 20 minutes later that they got a chopper out to me. I outranked the chopper pilot. I loaded it with wounded and conscripted it to evacuate the wounded to the hospital. I told them I would call the Pentagon after the critically wounded were transported.

There was more than enough evidence of torture at the hospitals, carved into the flesh of the still living. I did the best that I could under the circumstances that I was in, knowing that I would be tortured by the Pentagon on my return for even the little I had done to help the survivors.

Gory to end of paragraph; The most common injuries were to the testicles–bruising, crushing, lacerations, and burns. Some of the wounded were able to tell us what had happened, including to their own bodies. A common torture implement was a pair of pliers, the tip of a machine gun pressing onto the testicle with a soldier leaning his weight on it with the man on the ground, and lighters, cigarettes, knives, or kicks or stomps. Of the injuries that I saw from torture, wounds to the testicles made up about half of them. Wounds to the penis, breasts, vagina, and rectum were next most common. Wounds to the face were among the least common but the hardest to forget. One facial wound that I saw at least three different times on young girls and babies was to slit the cheeks from the corner of the mouth towards the molars. Since there were often jagged tears of the edge towards the molars, it appeared that oral rape had followed. The point of the injury appeared to inflict pain during the oral rape.

When torture happens these days it is not because the world’s intelligence agencies don’t know about it. It is because they are complicit in it by not taking the sat. images to their news outlets

I was tied in such a way that my right shoulder disjointed very painfully. The CIA likes that form of torture because in spite of horrendous pain, there is nothing to show for it later on the skin’s surface. The tying was not done by ropes that could leave a rope burn, but by a wider soft felted material.

My work for Halliburton ran only until late May 2002, about 4 and a half months. I have a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and advanced training in software to the extent of having written a compiler by myself

in 1983 the CIA sent me to investigate the NYPD Internal Affairs Computer. The NY Police Dept. was alleging that they were unable to print out data that a regulator wanted to examine because the KGB had hacked into their computer. I was able to show that the KGB had not done that. I thus had the opportunity to write software programs to answer some of the questions that I had. It was safer for me to investigate that way then by sending emails.

The Halliburton and CIA software was incompatible because their software developers had used different ways of hiding the corruption that were incompatible.

It was as if an axe murderer hid the axe under the woodpile to claim he had not done it and his brother gave an alibi for him saying that he had been out chopping wood at the time.

Computers can be made to print out one set of books for the regulators, another set for the Defense Contractors, another for the Pentagon, another for the taxpayer, ad infinitum. Really they are like black box voting.

I am Sue Arrigo and I trained for 2 years at University of California Irvine Medical Center in 1983-1985 as a Nephrologist.

Sister Linda Gail Arrigo As she went to Taiwan with my father who was a US military advisor when I was 9 years old, I have rarely seen her or had contact with her since.

In Aug. 2004, I refused an assignment from Cheney to frame Iran as developing nuclear weapons. Cheney had asked me to go to Iran as a physician to treat children as a “humanitarian gesture”. I am not a pediatrician and said so. He said a camera crew would go with me and in would rush an Iranian looking man claiming to know where the Iranian govt. was making nuclear weapons. By saying that I was too busy as a physician in California to stay more than a day in Iran, I got him to admit that the rest of the filming of the underground bunker was scheduled to be made in Hollywood anyway. It was a ‘Wag the Dog” type of propaganda piece. After I refused, Cheney threatened the life of my mother.

The week after I refused, I was kidnapped in Virginia, tortured in an underground CACI facility next to CIA headquarters and injected with CIA designer drugs. After I was released, I was thrown into a mental hospital to try to prove that I was crazy.

The CIA uses long acting BZ and amphetamines to discredit people. Russ Tice, the NSA analyst who blew the whistle on US domestic spying, was also thrown into a mental hospital to give him a record.

I had no previous psychiatric hospitalizations and had never been prescribed drugs by a therapist. I had, however, seen therapists many times because of the mental problems that the CIA had given me in MKULTRA. Those were Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Dissociative Identity Disorder which used to be called multiple personality disorder. I have seen therapists at several torture treatment centers recently.

Certainly, I would have been diagnosed as schizophrenic by one of those many therapists and put on anti-psychotic medications, if I had been. Their opinion on the subject is the relevant one, not my sister Linda’s.

Please read Dr. Colin Ross’s book Bluebird: the deliberate creation of multiple personality disorder by [CIA] psychiatrists. He wrote it after receiving 15,000 pages of CIA documents on a Freedom of Information Act Request. The US and UK used depleted uranium in Iraq. It is a third as radioactive as regular uranium and tens of thousands of rounds of it the size of small cigars were used per the official reports. Tenet knew that I had a couple of days before written a brief report on intelligence problems that I found at a US Air Base in Iraq, in which direct sabotage by US or foreign officers was an issue.

So, I was the bearer of “bad news” on two levels; first that the officer had not been guilty of sabotage, and second, that he had died from his interrogation.
Worse, I pointed out why the officer could not have been guilty of the sabotage based on hard data that both Rice and Rumsfeld had access to, if they had but decided to consult it. David “Davies” Allen Addenger (SP), was his name, if I remember correctly. He died at age 34.

That officer’s interrogations lasted 3 days in the Pentagon’s basement. It was videotaped. Those tapes are still in the Pentagon, I believe per remote viewing. I hope that in conveying this information to you, everything necessary to do, will be done to preserve them.

It aroused my suspicions that the CIA was violating the Non-Profileration treaty in what it was selling Iraq. This time he admitted that he was in the process of getting ready to send a rather large shipment of arms to Iraq. This was probably in about the Fall of 1989. I went the next step and examined the Iraq file in that department.

That was when I first saw how much chemical and biological warfare agents the CIA had listed as “shipped already” and “shipment pending.

It was because of the Ebola virus listed on the “shipment pending” list, that I became committed to dealing with the shipment that was due to sail in about 2 days.

From the documents it was not entirely clear that the Ebola was loaded in that shipment. It could have been held to go into the next shipment of arms about 2 weeks later.

I was also upset to see Small Pox listed on the “Shipped Already” list.

I made sure that they were taken off the ship and returned to the CIA’s Bio-warfare lab at Langley

in the late 1980’s I had spent a day in a nuclear detonator manufacturing plant as part of an assignment to recover a missing nuclear detonator.

The total volume of these small detonator parts was about 2 cubic meters. They are not wrapped up neatly like other parts were and they were not labeled.

An informed person would not have known that they were nuclear detonator parts.

Had they been shipped they would have ended up in factories, laying around in the off chance that someday someone would figure out what equipment they fell off of and re-attach them.

Then when the US invaded they would have been “found” and used to prove that Hussein was “close to making a nuclear bomb.”

As I previously mentioned those parts were not listed on the invoice. Nor were they on the list of items that Hussein had ordered as judged by the written notes of the CIA officer who was his supply agent.

Some of the parts had Russian words stamped into the black plastic to make them appear Russian in origin.

I had to laugh when I read one of these, it had been stamped not with the notation ”UP”, but the Russian word for ”Awful”, just slightly different than the Russian word for ”UP”.

It was clear that the CIA had stamped those Russian words into US products because some of the same parts had tiny ”USA embossing in raised lettering the size of a pencil lead.

That took a magnifying glass to read, while the Russian stamping was crudely done in letters as big as possible, sometimes clearly destroying the utility of the part.

The forgery as Russian parts was never intended to hold up to close scrutiny.

It was the type of thing one would see hauled out before TV cameras by Pentagon officials for its propaganda effect as they advanced into Iraq.

At times, I have had to downplay the seriousness of what has really happened to avoid putting non-intelligence people into shocked disbelief.However, we all know that war criminals have been in charge of US policies–depleted uranium has been used in genocidal tonnage!

I have much experience developing and managing databases, most of it inside US intelligence. As my reference Mary Strine can confirm, as Medical Director I wrote custom Access software to create a database to assist me in generating personal letters to workers on the meaning of their laboratory results. As a mathematician with advanced training in Statistics and Computer Science, I used the advanced statistical method Sequential Analysis which arrives at a definitive conclusion with the least amount of data. Merely
collecting data on the manufacture and distribution of uranium weapons will not stop their use, and I intend to stop their use to the best of my ability! Thus, I am requesting that this job position be widened in scope to allow me to use my negotiating, occupational medical experience, and knowledge of international law to apply pressure to the US and UK governments to actually stop their ongoing use of these weapons. is not a matter of money for me, as I have been doing this work for free on my own. The issue is one of effectiveness.

Professional Experience and Achievements
Collecting Intelligence on Weapons
Since the Vietnam War, I have collected intelligence on weapons. In the late 1980’s, I was assigned to recover a nuclear detonator stolen from a U.S. research lab by a Chinese mole; I succeeded, but the next year Bush, Sr. sold China those same missiles (see Al Martin’s book, The Conspirators). In 1994, I was the head of a joint US-Russian team to
locate missing nuclear missiles; we recovered 7 nuclear missiles.

Negotiating Experience
! When the Berlin Wall fell, the CIA sent me as a solo negotiator to hammer out an agreement with KGB Director Kryuchkov and Gorbachev on how to merge the East and West German Intelligence agencies into one. In summer 1991, the KGB agreed to the CIA loaning me for 6 weeks to the Kremlin to discuss with Gorbachev some of his
liberalization policies, including plans for global nuclear disarmament. During SALT I and SALT II negotiations, as well as Clinton’s Middle East Peace negotiations, I acted as a trouble shooter to help ensure they did not bog down.

In 2000, the CIA assigned me to negotiate a contract to sell weapons to China; most of the deal fell through because of the clauses I put in prohibiting the use of those weapons against the Tibetans etc.. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of weapon sales.

In 2004, I was the CIA’s negotiator with the Russians and the Chinese in making an
intelligence sharing agreement aimed at decreasing terrorism by non-state actors. This was a bit of a farce since the largest weapon sellers include the U.S., Russia, and China.

Medical Research on Depleted Uranium

Concerned about the U.S.’s genocidal use of Depleted Uranium, I briefed the White House on its dangers in Nov. 2003. Unfortunately, the attitude at the White House was “How do we kill and disable more people?”, not one of rational restraint. Thus, in 2004 I investigated the risks of DU to the US public in the hopes of reversing these reckless
illegal policies which threaten to annihilate the human species.

I was so concerned about the dangers of US radiation weapons that I sought to shut down the Pentagon’s use of them by writing a report on the chain of command violations in their “authorization”. In spite of my giving this report to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, I was unable to get them to buck the corporate war-profiteering chain of command and stop
the clear conflict of interests which amounted to treason in my opinion.

Reforming Intelligence Practices
When CIA Director Webster gave me the unique title of Special Operations Advisor to Directors of CIA in 1991 there was no job description for the post. I decided to investigate how to run US intelligence only using clean, ethical, non-violent operations. I developed new, more effective intelligence methods and trained officers up to my exacting
ethical standards.

In 2004, with two wars going on, the CIA randomized all of its tasks to be managed by Deputy Executive DCI McLaughlin, or myself. After 4 months, the CIA’s analysts concluded that my methods were better on each of their 17 criteria! One of the criterion was the profits of the arms manufacturers and my operations did not use a
single bullet; I had helped arms manufacturers find more lucrative peaceful products to make. Alas, that study did not stop the CIA’s corporate bosses from continuing to make money off their illegal drug, slave, weapons, and warprofiteering trades.

Having spent the last four years exposing these crimes, I cannot expect anyone in the US
government to give me a letter of recommendation without it destroying their career. Being a whistle blower has some drawbacks, but my conscience required me to act in spite of the many difficulties it has brought me.

It is standard operating procedure for those who are guilty to run smear campaigns against sources who expose their crimes. No one bothers writing a smear message against the crazy because that fact is obvious from the bizarre word associations in their sentence structures. That is distinct from the strange content inside intelligence circles. A smear campaign means that the guilty knew that the source was accurate and that they could not defend themselves based on the facts. Thus, the smear campaign should alert you to the guilt of those the source exposed.

Those who do not honestly try to ascertain the facts and argue based on them, should be assumed to be for the corruption, until proven otherwise. It is a known fact published by the GAO that enormous amounts of corporate fraud has been committed and not been prosecuted. One of the people responsible for oversight of the missing billions was so caviler as to say, “What is the big deal?” Since the corruption has not been adequately prosecuted it is clearly being protected from the top. Everyone can figure that out.

The only thing different about my testimony is that I was inside the CIA and Pentagon at a very high level and had a need to know if foreign agents were behind this corruption. I sent my information to the US Congressional Govt. Oversight and Reform Committee to be investigated. So, why are some people so desperate to try to discredit me, instead of writing Congress and demanding that investigation? Such matters require serious investigation, not hiding the allegations under a label of “she must be crazy”.

I clearly stated in Cases 1-17 that I had many intelligence students whom I had trained helping me in the collecting of this intelligence. Obviously, I was not able to name them due to their being covert operatives and the danger entailed.

As a medical director, I had physicians working under me seeing patients. My medical work was about 10 hours a week. I was able to do it from any internet access point in the world, if I so chose, with some exceptions. My Medical work stopped in Oct. 2003. I put in exceptionally long hours for the CIA and Pentagon from Oct. 2003 to Aug. 2004, and indeed had done the same even before.

Many opponents of the powers-that-be have been smeared as crazy. For example, Senator John McCain and ex-Vice President Al Gore were smeared by the press as “crazy” at various times. Do a google search on “McCain crazy” or “Al Gore crazy” and you will see how much effort is spent on falsely labeling people crazy to discredit them.

In some cases, the CIA/CACI go to more effort when an ‘insider’ is a very serious threat to the US Administration’s plans. The NSA analyst Russ Tice who exposed the domestic spying scandal was thrown in a mental hospital to give him a record of being crazy (see http://www.buzzflash.com/alerts/05/12/ale05176.html” \t “_blank” http://www.buzzflash.com/alerts/05/12/ale05176.html ). Also, see the case of Susan Lindauer, a journalist who was thrown into a mental hospital and drugged against her will when she brought back information from Iraq that Saddam Hussein was willing to have the weapons’s inspectors back ( see http://groups.yahoo.com/group/war_of_the_wolves/message/8 ). When one hears of a case where a whistle blower is suddenly labeled crazy, it shows how much effort the guilty went to; that adds credibility to the whistle blower’s allegations.

When I was outed from the CIA after refusing an illegal assignment from Cheney, I was thrown in a mental hospital to try to discredit me. I had been tortured by CACI for 4 days and injected with drugs against my will to try to make me look crazy. The CIA uses long-acting BZ and an amphetamine to prevent sleep to do that. I had no history of psychiatric hospitalizations or ever being put on anti-psychotics. I was quickly let out again when the medical physician determined that I was only suffering from sleep deprivation. The psychiatrists were apparently witting to the plan by the US Administration to lock me up for good, as they tried to hide from me the sleep study which helped get me released.

I will add some photos which shows that torture to my eyes also occurred while my body was paralyzed. Only intelligence agencies or privatized torture companies, like CACI, used such sophisticated methods. Such injuries occurring during paralysis are obviously not self-inflicted. All of the trauma to my mind that I have suffered is the result of efforts to try to silence me. Therapists I have seen have diagnosed me as having Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and a mild case of Dissociative Identity Disorder. The latter problem is denial of what really happened due to horrendous torture, not making up delusional stories. It is the exact opposite of schizophrenia. Obviously, the therapists who knew me well and had the requisite training were the ones qualified to make the determination, not lay people who have never even met me.

Because my sister, Linda Gail Arrigo, whom I have rarely seen since I was age 9, was alleging that I was schizophrenic, I emailed her recently to ask her why. She said that it was politically embarrassing to her that I said I had worked for the CIA. Yes, I can see that having a sister who had worked for the CIA could cause her some political problems in Taiwan where she is well known.   She went on to say that she had concluded that both my older sister, Jean Maria Arrigo, and I were crazy. My sister Jean recently blew the whistle on the American Psychological Association’s condoning the use of psychologists assisting in torture interrogations. That surprised me that Linda said both of us were delusional.   The reason she gave for coming to that conclusion was because we had both said that our father had been violent towards us as children. My mother also says that she was beaten by him and that was why she left him. And my sister Jean said that she had to repeatedly call Adult Protective Services because he was beating his next wife who was sick and on dialysis. So, 4 out of 5 of us are in agreement that Joseph Arrigo, bless his soul, had a history of violence. Linda was his favorite child and we agree that he did not beat her. I am very grateful that she was spared that. But, for her to claim that she knows what happened to us when she was not there–now that is absurd. She has a right to her denial, but I cannot share it.   For her to publicly and insensitively denounce the victims of his violence as crazy, borders on cruelty, given what they have already been through.

My mother called as I was working writing this rebuttal. She had this to add on the subject;

I am the mother of Dr. Sue Arrigo, Linda Gail Arrigo in Taiwan, and Jean Maria Arrigo who blew the whistle on the American Psychological Association.
Joe Arrigo beat me repeatedly and tried to kill me four times. Joe Arrigo molested and injured two of his daughters, but not Linda because she was his favorite.
After WWII, Captain Joseph Arrigo and our family lived at the San Francisco Presidio where he was working for the US Army.
I divorced Joe Arrigo about 1958 because of his violence. He said I would be on poverty row within 6 months. I steeled myself, got a Master’s Degree in Mathematics, plus 4 years of college. I taught calculus at San Diego Mesa College for 35 years, retiring at age 81. In 1990, I joined 7 teachers there to sue our Chancellor who was trying to steal $20 million from our community college district. We recovered $9.6 million.
Dr. Sue Arrigo is not crazy! She was tortured by our American military and CIA because of what she was uncovering.
In 2004, I went to the East Coast to rescue her. She has special talents that help her uncover the truth of the deceit by the Bush Administration. The American Public should deem itself fortunate to have a reliable person with the courage to uncover the frauds of our current US Administration.
I am currently volunteering at Children’s Hospital and at La Jolla library. I was on Channel 6 TV for taking 5 car loads of books to a new Middle School 50 miles north of San Diego which had no books! Because of low budget 1,000 teachers were just fired in San Diego. Class size has doubled. War expenses have reduced educational services all over the United States.

Electrical torture and stun gun injuries are almost identical. Electrical torture often uses stun guns and specialized electrodes which can be inserted into private orifices. The Handbook of Forensic Medicine states;

“When a stun gun is activated while in contact with human skin, characteristic, patterned injuries may result: The lesions produced tend to be small, round or slightly linear abrasions or areas of erythema [redness], with or without central paling, which occur in pairs. The distance between the paired skin lesions should correspond to the distance between the stun gun electrodes contacting the skin.

Microscopic sections may show non-specific changes, or changes similar to thermal heat injury of the skin.”

[Note that electrical torture can use electrodes of many different sizes for specialized parts of the body. The CIA prefers to use torture inside private orifices where the results will not be visible at all to casual observers. Most of the torture I have been subjected to was of that variety. Excerpts from Bluebird and the CIA documents sent to Colin Ross, MD under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)“Chapter 7 of the Final Report [of The Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments Oct., 1995] is entitled ‘Non-therapeutic Research on Children’. In 1961 researchers at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital gave radioactive iodine to seventy retarded children at Wrentham State School. These institutions also received CIA mind control money through MKULTRA.Other MKULTRA institutions that injected non-therapeutic radioactive material into children included Johns Hopkins, the University of Minnesota, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. MIT gave radioactive substances to children at the Fernald School by putting it into their food. The Advisory Committee notes that no risks of radioactivity were mentioned in the consent form signed by the parents. The consent form stated that the purpose of the experiments was ‘helping to improve the nutrition of our children’…

The Advisory Committee says of the nutritional claim, ‘This was simply not true’. (pg. 344)” -pg. 18.

“Another psychiatrist, whose obituary appeared in the American Journal of Psychiatry 57, was child psychiatrist Dr. Lauretta Bender. Faretra and Bender91 describe an experiment in which they gave LSD or psilocybin to 50 boys age 7 to 15. The children took these hallucinogens daily for weeks or months at a time. The dosage of LSD was 150 micrograms, a hallucinogenic dosage level of the drug equivalent to a strong adult street dose. In another study, children given LSD were 6 to 12 years old32. Some of Dr. Bender’s child subjects received LSD daily for a year or longer31.” -pgs. 78-79.

“Dr. Jose Delgado, a neurosurgeon and professor at Yale, received funding from the Office of Naval Research, the Air Force 657 1st Aeromedical Research Laboratory (Grant # F29600-67-C-0058) and the Public Health Service for brain electrode research on children and adults67, 70, 71, 72, 73, 75, 76,261.” -pgs. 88-89.

“He was able to control the movements of his animal and human subjects by pushing buttons on a remote transmitter box. Another case involved an 11-year old boy who underwent a partial change of identity upon remote stimulation of his brain electrode76.” -pg.90.
“Another patient named Jennie was 14 years old when Drs. Mark and Ervin183 put electrodes in her brain.” -pg 90.

“Like the Tuskeege Syphilis Study and the radiation experiments, the LSD research violated the requirements for informed consent which had been in place since the Nuremberg trials. At Nuremberg, Nazi doctors who experimented with mescaline in the death camps were regarded as war criminals. A decade later, such research was conducted by the leading figures in academic psychiatry in North America, and published in leading medical journals.” -pg. 84.
