Picaziogate is huge, and word has it that the reverberations go very high up.
I don’t have time to do a full article on Picaziogate at present, nor have I researched it fully, but just to put a few more eyes on this, I write this quick post.
Picaziogate initially revolves around a 5 year old girl who disappeared – Hayleigh Cummings, and Kim Picazio, a Florida lawyer who was legally representing the mother of Hayleigh Cummings, Crystal Sheffield.
Tim Holmseth came up with some information that could indicate that all was not as it seemed in the Hayleigh Cummings case. Holmseth had apparently been posting information on his journalistic website writeintoaction.com that Kim Picazio did not appear to like.
This photo of Haleigh and her mother, appeared photoshopped. It seems to have a mans arm around Hayleigh. Hayleigh’s mother did not have custody and did not have any photographs of herself and Hayleigh.
This graphic alleges that Picazio was essentially trafficking children through the Ukrainian embassy in Washington DC. There are also allegations that child abuse material (poorly called child porn in the US) of Hayleigh was on a disc, that Kim Picazio held, and that she instructed her legal assistant Donald Knop to make copies of it.
That information would be dynamite if correct, and would raise suspicions on whether it was linked to other nefarious activities happening in Ukraine.
Ukraine has been in the news recently for the corruption of Hunter Biden and a pay to play racket, as well as I think 5 sons of major democrats being involved in Ukraine.
- Is Ukraine a child trafficking centre?
- Is the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC a nexus for child trafficking?
I am not yet sure who the William Murtaugh character is, but he seems to be a Picazio lackey, who is reporting negatively to Police on Timothy Holmseth.
The essence of this initial part of #Picaziogate appears to be that the police recommended that civil action was the way to go if there was any cause for complaint.
However Picazio appears to have ignored this.
Kim Picazio is a well known family court attorney who practises in the State of Florida. She went to her State’s family court, and filed for a domestic violence protection order, in the notoriously corrupt Broward County, where she practises law. This Order is normally used in a family dispute. She obtained a domestic violence protection order that requires a family or domestic relationship, ie boyfriend, son father etc. Tim Holmseth lived and does live in the State of Minnesota. This fact is important fact, that determines, “Juris diction” and place of venue. As far as I know, Holmseth is not of the category to fit within this order.
I am not a lawyer and the words I use are not used as legal terms, but this would appear to be legal malpractice, fraudulent and any subsequent court order would automatically be void.

This may or may not also raise questions about the Judge, Judge Michael G Kaplan.
This court order was later used to arrest Tim Holmseth after an alleged violation of his injunction that was served against him by a Florida Broward County Judge in regards to attorney Kim Picazio (attorney in the Haleigh Cummings and Crystal Sheffield case). This happened the day after Holmseth released information linking the Florida High School shooting to his investigation into child abuse and sacrifice, both in Broward County, Florida.

- Was this a deliberate attempt to silence Tim Holmseth, a noted journalist, on his corruption, child sacrifice and child trafficking findings?
- Did Holmseth know too much for the safety of powerful people, involved in child trafficking?

Craig Sawyer also immediately threatened to sue the guy at Truthcat Radio when several of us suggested he reach out to Sawyer’s newly formed “rescue team”. That seemed totally strange- Steven Kelley was also trying to rescue children. Joining forces seemed natural, but instead a violent reaction was given to the request.
