Epstein and The Edge

This article is just a brief introduction to Epstein and “The Edge”. There is much of the archives to be explored and from the Edge there are links to much of Epstein’s activity, and people associated.

Checking the archived pages it appears that Epstein has been a member of the Edge from at least 1999 –  Jun 2019

Epstein is now expunged from its list of people https://www.edge.org/people and was in about Jun 2019 I believe, some time before his announced death.

The Edge

Edge.org was launched in 1996 as the online version of “The Reality Club” and as a living document on the Web to display the activities of “The Third Culture.”

The Reality Club  “was an informal gathering of intellectuals who met from 1981 to 1996 in Chinese restaurants, artist lofts, investment banking firms, ballrooms, museums, living rooms and elsewhere. Reality Club members presented their work with the understanding that they will be challenged. The hallmark of The Reality Club has been rigorous and sometimes impolite (but not ad hominem) discourse.”

The motto of the Club was inspired by the late artist-philosopher James Lee Byars: “To arrive at the edge of the world’s knowledge, seek out the most complex and sophisticated minds, put them in a room together, and have them ask each other the questions they are asking themselves.”  https://www.edge.org/about-edgeorg

However a dig through the archives exposes a few interesting items. I have only picked a few items from his bio and not explored others, so dive in, there is still loads to discover..

JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN is a money manager and science philanthropist who currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Trust Company. Mr. Epstein started his career at Bear Stearns with an educational background in physics. He has been a Trustee of Institute Of International Education Inc. since October 2001.

Mr. Epstein is a Member of the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, the New York Academy of Science and a former Rockefeller University Board Member. Mr. Epstein is also actively involved in the Santa Fe Institute, the Theoretical Biology Initiative at the Institute for Advanced Study, the Quantum Gravity Program at the University of Pennsylvania, and also sits on the Mind, Brain & Behavior Advisory Committee at Harvard.

Jeffrey Epstein’s philanthropic affiliations include the Jeffrey Epstein Foundation, the Florida Science Foundations and The COUQ Foundation. He is a member of the Edge community, an internationally respected group of thinkers and achievers.

Money Manager and Science Philanthropist sounds so much better than child rapist and child trafficker! Later it is changed to Financier.

Any of the Epstein organisations would be worth digging into. The more people that research the better.

Financial Trust Company

This was found in 2018 to be a fraud – a Ponzi Scheme.

In August 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Financial Trust Company for allegedly operating a fraudulent Ponzi Scheme that resulted in the loss of “hundreds of million dollars … to over 200,000 investors who … invested in securities based on false memoranda, financial statements and supporting documents which promised profitable investments and high returns.” Plaintiffs also named an individual “co-conspirator” of the scheme in the complaint for allegedly misrepresenting how the invested money would be used, and for allegedly misappropriating funds for his own personal use to support his “lavish lifestyle.” (Gerber et al v. Trilateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations 

These bodies are de facto supra national bodies which decide international policy that Governments follow. They are known for neoliberal and neoconservative policies and links to Rockefellers.  http://archive.fo/4Yl49

The fact that Epstein was on these bodies shows that he was endorsed by the powers that be, which are above the Governments. For optics purposes in this weird world we live in, the real powers in this world are barely referred to by corporate media and the facade of national democracy is maintained.

The Edge was started by John Brockman and now run by his son, Max Brockman.

Evgeny Morozov recently wrote an article explain how John Brockman had detailed in an email to him how Prince Andrew had been having foot massages from Epsteins girls.

To reduce confusion between American English and English English, American suspenders are what English call braces, (so in this instance, at least Prince Andrew was not wearing English suspenders, which the Americans call garters).

Jeffrey Epstein, the billionaire science philanthropist showed up at this weekend’s event by helicopter (with his beautiful young assistant from Belarus). He’ll be in Cambridge in a couple of weeks asked me who he should meet. You are one of the people I suggested and I told him I would send some links.

He’s the guy who gave Harvard $30m to set up Martin Nowak. He’s been extremely generous in funding projects of many of our friends and clients. He also got into trouble and spent a year in jail in Florida.

If he contacts you it’s probably worth your time to meet him as he’s extremely bright and interesting.

Last time I visited his house (the largest private residence in NYC), I walked in to find him in a sweatsuit and a British guy in a suit with suspenders, getting foot massages from two young well-dressed Russian women. After grilling me for a while about cyber-security, the Brit, named Andy, was commenting on the Swedish authorities and the charges against Julian Assange. “We think they’re liberal in Sweden, but its more like Northern England as opposed to Southern Europe,” he said. “In Monaco, Albert works 12 hours a day but at 9pm, when he goes out, he does whatever he wants, and nobody cares. But, if I do it, I’m in big trouble.” At that point I realized that the recipient of Irina’s foot massage was his Royal Highness, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York. Brockman is obviously not bothered by Epsteins child abuse, he just refers to it as “trouble”, mentions he went to jail but still encourages people to meet him.

Jeffrey Epstein Science is part of the The Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation. It was founded in 2000 to support cutting edge science research around the world. The Foundation has also had the priviledge of sponsoring many prominent scientists including Gerald Edelman, Murray Gell-Mann, Eric Lander, George Church, Stephen Hawking, Kip Thorne, Marvin Minsky, Lawrence Krauss, Lee Smolin and Gregory Benford and Nobel laureates, Gerard ‘t Hooft, David Gross and Frank Wilczek.

I am not sure whether this is yet widely known but it was a new fact to me shown on the snapshot above that Science Conferences were actually held on St Thomas Island (see above) and attended by Gerardus ‘t Hooft, David Gross and Frank Wilczek, Stephen Hawking, Jim Peebles from Princeton University, ALan Guth from MIT, Lisa Randall from Harvard, Barry Barish from LIGO and Maria Spiropulu from CERN, among others.

Bearing in mind that Epstein ran a underage sex blackmail operation probably on behalf on CIA and Mossad, it is entirely probably that these scientists were filmed in private areas such as bedrooms for any possible blackmail. Equally various enticements may have been offered to these scientists during their stay. They all need to be contacted and interviewed by the Police.

All the scientists need to explain what they knew.
