In 1986 Geoffrey Dickens, MP for Huddersfield exposed Dr Raymond Colin Birt as a possible paedophile in the House of Commons [5].

Mr. Dickens asked the Attorney-General if he will now prosecute Dr. Raymond Colin Birt in respect of sexual offences involving an eight-year-old girl in Chelmsford.
However the Attorney General was none other than notorious gatekeeper for paedophiles Michael Havers [8] who also failed to prosecute Peter Hayman, Geoffrey Prime or anyone for Elm Guest House. So with hindsight it was no surprise that Michael Havers refused to prosecute.[5]
The Attorney-General
No. The file prepared by the Essex police was first considered by the county prosecuting solicitor who, having had the benefit of counsel, advised the chief constable that the evidence was insufficient to justify the institution of criminal proceedings. Following an expression of intent by the mother of the child concerned to institute a private prosecution, the county prosecuting solicitor sought a second opinion from the Director of Public Prosecutions. He was also of the view that the evidence was insufficient and I agree with him.

It appears that Birt leaked the information to the press perhaps in an attempt to prevent a trial due to doubts about a fair trial being able to be held, due to the outing by Dickens.
The family brought a private criminal prosecution. Private prosecution was due to DPP refusing to charge him. However the prosecution failed, Birt was found not guilty.
It was extremely hard to get a prosecution for child abuse in those days when there was merciless cross examination of child victims and the Doctor was supported by a the powerful establishment.
Rape of an 8 year old girl. She was cross examined in Court – at Magistrates then Crown when he was committed there. The first trial was an old style Committal heard by a stipendiary Magistrate.
He was found not guilty but the Sun who were going to pay did not have to. The Judge ordered them to be paid out of central funds. Even though there was so much social abd medical evidence available the Police did not send to CPS – many of the Police & Court papers were misplaced. Medical evidence too graphic to doubt rape. Birt had associations with the John Radcliffe Group of Hospitals.
However I have been informed of another victim of Dr Birt. If this is the case, then it is highly likely that there are many more victims of Dr Birt…

Doctors are key personnel for the cabal to stop the world finding out about their paedophilic tendencies, as they can give testimony that a court will accept to exonerate their fellow paedophiles. This is why many children are taken from the non abusive partner and given to the abuser.

Sir Michael Havers was appointed as Attorney General by Margaret Thatcher in 1979, and was made Baron Havers in 1987. He intervened three times between 1981 and 1983 to stop the investigation and exposure of Establishment paedophiles, and to prevent the publication of stories which showed that Establishment figures were members of the Paedophile Information Exchange.
1981: Sir Peter Hayman
In 1981, Sir Michael Havers warned Geoffrey Dickens not to name senior diplomat Sir Peter Hayman as a paedophile in the House of Commons. Dickens ignored his advice, and was publicly condemned by Havers, who said “All Mr Dickens has done is make certain that Sir Peter’s shame and embarassment is known to the world. There cannot be any justification whatsoever for what has happened. How can the public have gained by this? How can it be in the public interest to name this man?“.
Sir Michael Havers defended the decision not to prosecute Hayman despite possessing a huge collection of images of child abuse including – as Barry Dickens revealed earlier this week – babies being abused in their prams. Dickens accued Sir Michael of taking part in a “whitewash and “the cover-up of the century”.
1982: Elm Guest House
The Elm Guest House scandal involved powerful Establishment figures sexually abusing young boys at a guest house in Barnes. The story hit the headlines in August 1982 and ran for just 10 days, but then the coverage stopped suddenly and it wouldn’t be mentioned again in a British newspaper for many years. The reason for this news blackout seems to have been threats of legal action. Sir Michael Havers “personally investigated” complaints against newspapers from lawyers representing Elm Guest House.
1983: Geoffrey Prime
Geoffrey Prime was a former Cheltenham GCHQ worker who was also spying for the Russians, and ended up being jailed for 38 years. He had also been charged with sex offences against two young girls, and during the raid on his home police discovered Paedophile Information Exchange literature that would only have been available to members of the organisation. The Sun reported this, and said that Sir Michael Havers had held back from mentioning Prime’s PIE membership during his trial “to avoid embarassing security chiefs”. Sir Michael complained to the Press Council, but The Sun stood by their story and refused to reveal their source. Geoffrey Dickens had raised The Sun’s allegation in Parliament and forced Mrs Thatcher to make a strong denial.
