How to Integrate Alters – Fiona Barnett

There are already hundreds of thousands of people, many still children who have been deliberately traumatised by sexual abuse, ritual abuse, mind control programmes and targetting.

Many of these unfortunately are left to their own devices to deprogram and heal.

Hopefully many more abused children will be saved soon, and there may well be breaking down of peoples programming in Hollywood and music industry as the control matrix grip lessens and collapses.

I post this in case it is of help to victims and survivors.

Fiona Barnett gives her view of how she integrated her personalities herself.
