Peter Hofschroers Unlawful Arrest Update 2

It is believed that Peter Hofschroer has been set up with false charges, to stop him carrying on with his private criminal court case against his mothers abductors, and to draw attention from the real criminals who abducted his mother and who are intertwined with those who frustrated justice by hiding Jimmy Savile and Peter Jaconellis crimes.

Peter Hofschroer is supported by people who have a long history of anti child abuse campaigning and childrens rights campaigning, and do not believe the fabricated charges against him are in any way true.

North Yorkshire Police refused for 3 days to even confirm if Peter was alive or dead. He has been kept out of contact with everyone, it has now been found that Peter was charged on Wednesday Dec 3, with 18 charges relating to 6,969 indecent images of children on different dates over a ten-year period between 1999 and 2009 [16] Magistrates decided the case was too serious for them to deal with and he has been remanded in custody to appear at York Crown Court where he will appear on December 15.

It must be repeated that Peter Hofschroer is supported by people who have a long history of anti child abuse campaingning and childrens rights campaigning, and do not believe the charges against him are in any way true. Quite the contrary.

He is now in Hull Jail, Prison number unknown, visiting times available here [17]. It is thought that it is often the case that visiting permission is usually needed from the prisoner before a visit, so this makes visits difficult without prior communication, and without a number it is difficult to communicate. This is all part of what happens called “ghosting” when prisoners are moved around between prisons and between wings in the same prison, which means the outside world cannot communicate with them.

Immediately prior to the arrest “sting” Peter arrived at York Magistrates Court on Dec 1 to take the first stages of private prosecution against the alleged abductors of his mother, amongst whom are 3 members of his family. It appears he was arrested at 1.10pm before his 2.00pm court date. It is believed that Damien Morrison, for defendants Diane, Martin and Robert Hofschroer, of Moorgate, Acomb, later successfully asked for the case to be adjourned so that the CPS could be asked to take over the prosecution [15] . The case will now be heard on January 8 by district judge Adrian Lower.

Peter was arrested by men in black suits who appeared to be working with or for North Yorkshire Police as he was taken away in a Police van.

The arrest is a very sinister development in a long saga of action against Peter and his mother. It is believed that the abductors of Peters mother (Grandma Barbara), and the attempted theft of her house, some of whom are members of Peters family, had links to Jimmy Saviles network. North Yorkshire Police are renowned, and have been heavily criticised for, their role in covering up the child abuse perpetrated by Jimmy Savile and Jaconelli, which is thought to be linked to the MPs paedophile network [10] at Westminster.

Peter was at the mercy of the very organisation containing not only the people who were the perpetrators of the cover up of child abuse, but also involved in the abduction of his mother. North Yorkshire Police cannot be regarded as impartial upholders of the law but have a conflict of interest.

To achieve Police verification, independent of the untrusted North Yorkshire Police, his incarceration was reported to Humberside Police on December 4th, incident number 178 04/12/2014. They have said Peter is alive and well and having medical and legal services needs met. There is still no verification of this, independent of the Police.

Peters arrest did appear in the York Press. It reports that a man, believed referring to Peter was arrested on charges in connection with allegations of sexual assault and possession of indecent images. His supporters maintain vehemently that these are trumped up charges and can be easily be refuted. The article strangely been removed [12] . Luckily the Google cache remains available [11]

What is extremely disturbing about this case is that it is part of a pattern of behaviour over the country, of locking up whistleblowers on child abuse on trumped up charges.

One supporter writes “Who were the names of these alleged arresting officers? What was Peter Hofschroer charged with? Why did the police not produce their badges? Why was the suspect not handcuffed? Why was a warrant card not issued? Where is he being held? Which police constabulary is holding him? When will Peter be released? We demand answers to these questions and we demand them now.”

Others urge people to call 101 to ask for the Control Room at Fulford Road York and ask where Peter Hofschroer is, why he was arrested, has he met lawyers and are his medical needs being met. He is 58 and disabled.

Supporters are being asked to go to these sites [13] , [14] where by filling in 2 simple forms it contacts a network of MPs and Newspapers with your questions.

More and more information is coming out about child abuse and corruption amongst the national and local politicians and police and justice system. However the people in these networks of abuse are not going to go quietly. The pressure needs to be kept on these people and their enablers, and they must not be allowed to get away with fabricating evidence in a bid to confuse the truth about the networks.

The following is a copy of an email that Peter sent to an Austrian Judge several months ago, as I believe he was living with his mother at the time. This is in the public domain and he explains the images that he is now being charged with.
Dear Ms Rauchenwald,

I am given to understand that you are a judge at the High Court in Graz, Austria.
Please correct me if I am wrong here.

I would like to draw to your attention the activities of a foreign criminal gang in
Austria, namely the North Yorkshire Police.

This criminal gang plays a leading role in a paedophile ring active in Yorkshire and is
currently under investigation by the British government for its failure to prosecute
members of this ring for many years. For the latest press report on this, please see:

As well as being involved in the trafficking and abuse of children, this criminal gang is
known to conduct serious frauds, so much so, there have been calls in the British

This gang has targeted two residents of Austria, an 85 year-old, disabled
great-grandmother Barbara Hofschröer and her invalided son and carer Peter Hofschröer.

This is how Lord Maginnis of Drumglass has described the case in the British Parliament:

“The Hofschroer case has been on my desk for several years now. A widow in her 80s was
dispossessed of her home in a way that implies collusion between certain family members
and the Social Services. A son who has come to the rescue has been harried by the North
Yorkshire police (that particularly dubious constabulary merits careful investigation) to
the extent that he and his aged mother have been pursued through an Interpol warrant to
their “refuge” in Austria.

During the years this affair has been going on, North Yorkshire Police has made a number
of false allegations against me in an attempt to discredit me and divert attention from
the endemic corruption in its own ranks. Despite the fact North Yorkshire Police has never
been able to produce any evidence to support these allegations, the Austrian police has
colluded with it to persecute my mother and I.

On several occasions, the Austrian police has harassed my mother, myself and fellow
residents of Gaishorn am See pursuing what it knows to be false allegations that I have
kidnapped my mother. This is clearly harassment, a criminal offence.

Most recently, North Yorkshire Police fabricated an allegation that I was in possession of
6969 imagines of the worst level of child pornography. Despite the fact this was an

May I ask you a question as to the correct procedures here?

If North Yorkshire Police had actually found any evidence to support these very serious
allegations, then would it not have been the correct procedure to issue a European Arrest
Warrant and have me arrested in Austria before being returned to the UK?

At that stage, would North Yorkshire Police not have been required to produce the evidence
supporting the allegations?

What if there were no evidence?

In such a situation, would it not make sense to plant evidence to incriminate me?

As I am no longer resident in the UK, then this evidence would have to be planted in my
house in Austria, would it not?

Would you not agree with me that the evidence easily available in the public domain shows
that this is indeed what actually happened?

May I ask you another question here?

Any judge who gave the Austrian police the authority to fabricate evidence would be
committing a criminal offence, would they not?

If so, may I ask what this offence is called under Austrian law?
