Steve has put much of his information on an app called “The Brain” and it is well worth checking out [4] as it is a fantastic resource.

There are many links to other countries other than Australia eg for Britain try a search for Brit, Fabian, Tavistock etc. In Britain we are somewhat behind the US, Canada and Australia in finding out and uncovering what went on in MK Ultra, which I am using as a generic term for mind control experiments. This is despite the fact that UK is often viewed as the home of mind control, at Tavistock Institute. No official documents have been released as far as I know, nor any official recognition of what went on, nor apology.
Cathi Morgan is perhaps furthest forward in uncovering what happened in Britains mind control. Cathi has had an interview with Project Camelot [16]. This is one of the most important articles you have published although I would question one of the key points you make that the UK is not at the forefront on knowing how to manipulate public and individual consciousness,
I have no inside knowledge and therefore no means to evaluate the various indicators that we remain as one of the major players along with Russia, China and the USA.
It can be argued that the development of behavioural psychology into an accepted science came about from the simplistic assertions of Freud which so dominated early social work training in the USA and the UK with what were regarded as the child care courses as the LSE Birmingham and Bristol along with the Tavistock which offered the advance child care course which in the later sixties and early 1970’s as the Children’s Officer of West Riding and Wakefield I was one of the few local authority chief officers to hold. I switched from a Politics and Ecomonics Uninversity Diploma coursewhen attending the adult education college Ruskin in 1961 to the Diploma and Social Administration course run by the rhen Department of Extra Mural studies and now the Department of Social Policy and Intervention who title I suggest is significant. I switched courses in order to study psychology and criminology and was forune to be appointed the two leading figures in the two leading figies in these subjects in rthe University NIgel Walker was then the Reader in criminology and on adviser to the Home Office Research Committee while my psychology tutor headed the University Institite of Experimental Psychology and insisted that tutorials were conducted among the rats as an antidote to what he regarded as Freudian and social work mumbo jumbo.
The play Sinners Box is a brilliant exposition of the history of behavioural psychology which has appreciated over recent decades the oart the brain plays in all aspects of human consciousness and behaviour. Then as now the main undergraduate degree at the university covered papers on psychology, philosophy and physiology which I was pressed to follow rather than the chosen work in child care.
A couple of year later I was persuaded to place a young person via the course and with parent and the consent of the subject at a County Psychiatric Hospital for a short course of abreactive drug treatment which was one aspect of regression therapy applied to disturbed, self destructive and anti social behaviour during that time until discredited. The use of drugs in the control of behaviour for those wih violent and self destructive tendencies in psychiatric hospitals and wards is well docoumented but less so the use of drugs in custodial institutions ( such as medomlsey )short sharp shock detention and former approved schools has been less documented abd I do nto recollect much if any reference in the Pindown Inquiry report published in 1991. Tersea Cooper’s hardback edition of her experience is entitled Pindown and the report on Kendall House published, (one would say deliberately when all attention is focused on political matters) chronicles the horrors in one establishment available with a link on the Needle blog and where there is some correspondence on the wider experience of others and of submission to the statutory inquiry.
Durinbg the later 1980’s I served on three national committees concerned with mind and behaviour altering substances ( one a Home Office advisory sub committee ) and as a Department of Health ad hoc inspector of Social Services setting up the Drug Advisory Service part of the Health Advisory service and where under terms of the Official Secrets Acts we had confidential briefings from both Home Office and Department of Health.
Another window from which which to view the world you have enteered is that of literature eg Orwell 1984 and Animal Farm, Le Carre paeticular the Spy who came in from the Cold. Manchurian Richard Condon and James Bond books which have become films and and TV series with the most notable the British Prisoner series.
In the 1960’s I attended a sales training course (which I headed) where we were taught the techniques of persuading individuals to buy things they did not need or want and in the mid 1980 I attended an international senior management course where I was made aware of the use of additatives to create an addiction to food and drink brands and some of saw rhe scope of the internet to advertise, manipulate and control as well as monitor and develop surveillance of the customer and their interests and vices.
I use an office system where I can keep in conact between work and information across individual devices desk top, lap top, IPhone etc. Recently I was in the city of Oxford and I had set my diary to alert that that I was setting off from a college at 6.30 and at 6 I was alerted that because of traffic I needed to set off from destination 20 minutes earlier. I had made the diary note setting off from Ruskin college which used to be located at two places the city centre and at the edge of city where in fact the college is located in its entirety having sold the city site to a university college. Now here is the rub… the information system knew where my lap top was located, it assumed I was setting off from the former college site, it knew that there was heavy traffic because of a horrendous disruptive rain storm and students descending on the centre for May Balls and celebrating degree awards… the security and intelligence services now have the ability to turn on check what is on devices and copy and change information remotely and at a distance……. so you don’t think do you out best and creative brains have not been used to develop digital programmes to influence bahaviours as well as monitor it.along with the best in the world? Little attention has been made to the the government sponsored unit set up to monitor and influence public opinion and huge funds are deployed by a vast array of public relations ( whoops nearly said public manipulation) services by governments, international corporations, and non government agencies. The Coalition also announced the established of special military unit to assist in anti terror and international crime. I was reading recently that Lord s Stevens who conducted three investigation in Northern Ireland commented that a large percentage of those arrested were found to work for or have links with intelligence gathering, monitoring and surveillance.Too often and literature and film has responsible for suggesting a black and white situation where the individual mind can be regressed disorientated reshapped and to undertake acticities over which rthey have no subsequently knowledge with the latest Bourne film to hit screens shortly, the reality is more subtle,more open and more general and I would be shocked and surprised if the UK is not at the forefront.

I meant that UK was not at the forefront of uncovering the research that did go on, and AFAIK have yet to publish any documents of that experimentation. I did not mean that UK was not at the forefront of the MK Ultra mind control experimentation and research. Thanks for your fascinating account .

Having watched an excellent youtube video of Steve McMurray being interviewed by Jan Irvin I was concerned to see his website http://www.mcmurrayreport.com inactive. And his comments in that interview made me feel he has been under threats from those evil people he has been exposing. Has he been forced into hiding? I loathe Google for not even showing a chached result in my search for it. Google is as bad as every other mainstream media source! Anway I hope Steve is ok – he seems such a lovely young fellow. Such a contrast to the ones like Alex Jones whose blustery style doesn’t exactly help his cause… :-)
