Further to my post, Inspection Report on Frontier House Childrens Home, Kent run by John Persich [4] , Kent Council have now, after I asked for an FOI internal review, released some further reports.
I believe that they are still overly redacted on first view.
They do however contain enough visible material to be able to tell that there were serious problems with violence by staff on pupils, over a lengthy period of time, which the Council appeared to take a long time discussing.
However I wish to get these published so that other researchers and survivors can use them.
